Roma Homes build individually designed new homes across the south-east of England. Introduction
Roma Homes is a part of Roma Capital Group, a company founded and led by Josh and Zach Maasbach.
Since completing our first home in 2018, Roma Homes has continued to grow and we are proud to have a team of like-minded individuals who take pride in their work and are keen to create impressive developments that will stand the test of time.
More than 95% of our homes are sold off-plan before construction is complete and this provides our buyers with an exciting opportunity to select from a range of finishes and upgrades so that their home is tailored to their needs and taste.
